What is the maximum capacity for a launch?
The venue can host up to 300 people only in a theatre setup. With staging, stands, tables or demo areas, capacity is recalculated and confirmed after the setup is defined.
Can we display or demonstrate the product?
Yes, depending on dimensions, weight, access, power and safety requirements. For large products, we recommend a technical visit before the proposal is prepared.
Are staging, screens and sound included?
They are not included by default. Share your requirements and staging, screens, lighting, sound, microphones and suppliers will be confirmed in the proposal.
Can catering or cocktails be included?
Yes. We can shape the proposal around welcome coffee, bites, cocktails, dinner and bar service according to the programme and audience.
Can the terrace be used?
Yes, for arrivals, networking or suitable outdoor activations, depending on season, weather and availability.
Are accommodation and parking available?
Yes. Parking is available on site and rooms are confirmed subject to hotel availability.
